About Kap's
Since 2003
For more than 20 years, Kaps Tapsi has been serving deliciously comforting meals, starting with their best-selling tapa and tapsilog.
Established by “Kap” Romell Pabale and his wife “Kapitana” Lay Cate Pabale, Kap’s started out in Marilao, Bulacan, serving deliciously filling Pinoy food at value-for-money prices.
Famous in Bulacan
From the humble beginnings of our first branch in Abangan Sur, Marilao Bulacan, we now have a total of 14 branches of which 13 (includes Food Kiosk outlet) are in different municipalities in Bulacan. (see our Branches).
In August of 2022, we opened our branch at South Supermarket, Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. Our first branch outside Bulacan.
2020's
When the Covid Pandemic hit the Philippines in 2020 and the lockdowns started, we struggled and inevitably faced the hardships that was felt countrywide by the food service industry. We adjusted, coped and helped with the efforts to prevent the spread of the disease by following health safety guidelines set by the government.
Fortunately we survived the pandemic with careful management, scheduling and the cooperation of our staff. While some businesses were forced to shut down, we were able to add our branches in Grotto and Plaridel. Our Banga, Meycauayan branch in 2023 and San Rafael, Bulacan in 2024.
Franchising
Kaps Tapsi is now opening its doors to like minded entrepreneurs who would like to join our adventure in the Filipino food service industry.
With a competent management team, full service commissary with two (2) cold storage facilities in place, we can now accommodate request to franchise Kaps Tapsi at locations that can serve customers beyond Bulacan.
